Submitting a quote request does not guarantee availability or confirm a booking. All bookings are subject to availability, signed agreement, and required deposit payment.
A booking is only confirmed after THE C BAND LLC confirms availability, provides the required agreement or invoice, and receives the required deposit.
3. Payments & Deposits
Deposits made to reserve an event date are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the signed agreement. Final payment terms, cancellation terms, and event requirements will be outlined in the performance agreement provided to the client.
4. SMS Communications
By submitting your information through our website and checking the applicable SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from THE C BAND LLC.
